Congruent isosceles Triangles

The two object shown in the picture are candle holders. Both of these objects are identical, they are just different colors. The candle holders have a sail/Triangle in front of them to protect the flame. This object relates to and exhibits properties of the geometric idea by having congruent lengths of the sail/triangle. In the picture below, the lengths and angles are labled to show the congruency of the triangles. The candle holders were found at my friends house over the weekend. They were sitting on a table near his front door. This object is used as a candle holder today. The object could also be used as decoration for the house. When I found these two objects they looked perfect for the blog!
