Supplementary Angles that are not a linear pair:

In this Image, the object shown is a Sony Television. This TV is significant because it portrays two supplementary angles that are not a linear pair. The opposite corners of the TV create the supplemmentry angles. Angle 1 and angle 2 are both 90 degrees, making them congruent. Both angles add up to 180 degrees creating supplementary angles. What makes them non linear, is the fact that they are not on the same line or adjacent to eachother. The picture was taken in my house over the weekend and shows my Sony TV in my family room. This object is used to watch movies and television with your family.

Non-Congruent Alternate Interior Angles

The object in the picture is an Exxon gas station sign. This object is significant because it portrays non-congruent alternate interior angles within the "X" on the sign. The "X" has three lines that intersect at two points, which creates the alternate interior angles. These angles are non congruent, as angles 1 is acute and angle 2 is obtuse. The two lines that intersect are slightly slanted in different directions. This is what makes the angles non congruent. This sign is used to represent that gas prices for Exxon's station. They are looking a bit pricy today! I took this image over Easter weekend as I was driving down the road.
